MR Edgar Lungu’s call for the international community to take note of the abuse of human rights in the UPND government is interesting when one considers where Zambia is coming from. When he condemns President Hakainde Hichilema for not allowing wrong doers to be arrested, you would wonder whether he still has a recollection of how he governed this country.
