THE death of Mr Mutotwe Kafwaya following the security operation connected to premises associated with opposition leader Brian Mundubile is, by every account, a deeply sad development. Whatever political disagreements existed, whatever intelligence the State may have gathered and whatever allegations may eventually be proved, one fact cannot be wished away: a life has been lost.   No one deserves to die over politics. This is why we believe the matter has now gone beyond ordinary police statements and political explanations.
