INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing, and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says he has not seen the infrastructure development that the previous government boasted about whilst in power. In an interview, Monday, Milupi said all the roads leading to Zambia’s borders were currently in a bad state, which had resulted in the country losing a lot of revenue. “All the roads leading to borders are in [a] bad state.
