INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says the Ministry will soon reveal certain roads where huge sums of money were paid but no works were done. And Milupi says the new dawn government will ensure that it only borrows money to grow the economy, unlike what PF used to do.
