PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says law enforcement agencies must not arrest anyone if they know a case cannot succeed in court. And Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Board Chairperson Musa Mwenye says the fight against corruption is not about party colours or tribe, adding that the Commission intends to win the war against the vice. Meanwhile, ACC Director General Gilbert Phiri says the Commission will undergo self-introspection, promising that going forward, people will see a rejuvenated institution.
