THE Anti-Corruption Commission yesterday summoned former lands and natural resources minister Jean Kapata in connection with over 25 properties which are listed under her name. The former minister arrived at the ACC offices at about 10:00 hours, in the company of her lawyer Tutwa Ngulube, former livestock and fisheries minister Professor Nkandu Luo and former works and supply minister Sylvia Chalikosa. The environment was very calm and Prof Luo and Chalikosa were spotted browsing on Facebook, trying to keep up to date with the nominations in Kabushi while Kapata was questioned for close to two hours.
