CONSTITUTIONAL law expert Ernest Mwansa says the creation of the Constitutional Court was noble, but the question is whether it is living up to its duty of protecting people’s rights. In an interview, Mwansa said it was now left to citizens to judge whether the ConCourt was carrying out its mandate of ensuring that people’s rights were protected. “It was a very noble intention, [creation] of the ConCourt.
