MINISTER of Health Sylvia Masebo has written to South African-based company TFM Holdings Limited, demanding an apology and withdrawal of allegations that she solicited for “facilitation fees” and a vehicle in order for her to facilitate the award of a tender to construct pre-fabricated hospitals in Zambia. In a letter written by lawyers Simeza Sangwa and Associates dated 19th October 2022 and addressed to TFM Holdings Ltd chairman Mcebisi Mlonzi in South Africa, Masebo stated that the allegations were malicious, unfounded and ill conceived.
