POLICE say they are investigating a matter in which a 28-year-old woman of Lusaka’s Emmasdale area was found chained to the bars of the Freedom Statue fence, half-naked and in a drunken state. Confirming the incident in a statement, deputy police public relations officer Danny Mwale said the woman, identified as Dorcas Nachibona, was discovered around 06:00 hours on Wednesday morning. “She was discovered today around 06:00 hours at the Freedom Statue by a member of the public who later called the Police. So the issue is, the lady was naked yes, the trousers were below the knees when she was found chained to the bars. Technically she was Naked. Half naked if you want to put it that way....
