CIVIL rights activist Brebner Changala says President Hakainde Hichilema is simply giving lip service to the fight against corruption because he has continued to shun the Anti-Corruption Day commemorations. But Presidential Spokesperson Anthony Bwalya says the President could not attend the event because he was busy with Cabinet and other meetings. President Hichilema was expected to grace this year’s International Anti-Corruption Day which was held on Friday. He, however, did not show up and was instead represented by Justice Minister Mulambo Haimbe. The President also missed last year’s event.
