ENERGY Minister Peter Kapala says the government may start reviewing fuel pump prices after three months once pipelines are operational. Last month, Kapala explained that the TAZAMA pipeline, which is expected to be operational soon, will only be transporting diesel, saying it was not adequate to carry the required volumes for both diesel and petrol. He added that the Zambian government was also in discussion with Zimbabwe to enable the country to use their pipeline to import finished petroleum products from the Mozambican coast to Msasa town, which is about 480km from Lusaka.
