PF PRESIDENTIAL aspirant Miles Sampa has told the Lusaka High Court that Given Lubinda, Nickson Chilangwa, Raphael Nakacinda and Davies Chama have been evading service of court documents. This is in a matter in which Sampa commenced contempt of court proceedings against four senior party officials for allegedly masquerading as PF leaders.
