FORMER vice-president Enock Kavindele says as far as he is concerned, ministers in the new dawn government are performing quite well. Governance activist Rueben Lifuka recently said President Hakainde Hichilema should not end at reshuffling Permanent Secretaries because changes were also needed at Ministry level. But in an interview, Kavindele argued that ministers were politicians, and were doing their political jobs well. “Well, as far I am concerned, the ministers are doing reasonably well.
