FORMER mines and minerals development minister Richard Musukwa says he has petitioned the High Court over what he terms as an illegal action by the Drug Enforcement Commission to seize several of his properties. Musukwa says he cannot fail to buy properties because he has been running several businesses, and has further demanded the immediate vacation of the “nonsensical, illegal seizure” of his properties.
