SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti has cautioned members of parliament who have developed a habit of leaving the House shortly after logging in their credentials in order to get an allowance against doing so. When business resumed, Thursday, Speaker Mutti said the unfortunate practice was affecting parliamentary sittings.
