HIS Excellency Jacek Jankowski, the outgoing European Union Ambassador to Zambia and COMESA says he’s seen some changes in the democratic standards since the new dawn government took over. He observes that people, including opposition political parties, are now free to criticise the government, and the media has a better operating environment.
