BANGWEULU Member of Parliament Anthony Kasandwe says a strange disease affecting babies under the age of five years has broken out in his constituency, and has since claimed two lives in the last 48 hours. Rising on a matter of urgent public importance in Parliament, Thursday, Kasandwe disclosed said the strange disease broke out in August and that 30 babies had so far been admitted. “My matter of urgent public importance is directed at the Minister of Health.
