FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says private creditors have expressed confidence and interest to hold discussions on Zambia’s debt. And Dr Musokotwane says despite the debt restructuring process, government will not resume all the contractual projects that were signed by the PF government.
