A CHINESE Firm has sued the Lusaka City Council (LCC) and Kabwata UPND member of parliament Andrew Tayengwa over a portion of land it claims to legally own. Zhongyang & Hua Jiang Construction Group wants the Lusaka High Court to declare and order that it is the lawful owner of the property known as stand No 20435 on Chilumbulu road in Lusaka. It is seeking an order compelling LCC to grant it building permission and also grant an injunction against Tayengwa from interfering with its quiet possession, enjoyment and or development of the said stand No 20435.
