MINES Minister Paul Kabuswe says the illegal miner that died at Senseli open pit mine on Sunday must have sneaked into the mine during a heavy downpour as the area is restricted. Kabuswe says he is waiting for a full report on how the 49-year-old miner gained entry as instructions were given that no one should be allowed access apart from rescuers.
