PARLIAMENTARY Committee on Parastatal Bodies on Tuesday sent away Ministry of Energy Permanent Secretary Peter Mumba and a delegation from the Energy Regulation Board for failing to disclose who owed the board over K14 million. The Auditor General’s Report indicated that ERB had recorded a deficit of K1,527,410 and 13,089,571 in 2020 and 2021 respectively which was attributed to agency fees, among other things.
