FORMER PF deputy secretary general Mumbi Phiri says she’s happy that the British High Commissioner to Zambia Nicholas Woolley is leaving. And Phiri says there are rumors circulating that former vice-presidents Enock Kavindele and Nevers Mumba are being paid 80 percent of the sitting Vice-President’s salary.
