FORMER PF deputy secretary general Mumbi Phiri says she’s happy that the British High Commissioner to Zambia Nicholas Woolley is leaving. And Phiri says there are rumors circulating that former vice-presidents Enock Kavindele and Nevers Mumba are being paid 80 percent of the sitting Vice-President’s salary. In an interview, Monday, Phiri said Woolley was an extension of the UPND. “I’m so happy that Woolley, the British ambassador has gone and I hope the next one will not have an influence because of that consultant who is in HH’s office as his advisor, the former prime minister from Britain.
