LUSAKA Diocese Archbishop Alick Banda has paid a visit to detained Socialist Party leader Fred M’membe at Lusaka’s Twin Palm Police Station. M’membe has been detained since Thursday, after police formally charged him with the offence of seditious practices, and has not been released on bond. Archbishop Banda also visited NDC faction leader, Saboi Imboela, who is detained at Kabwata Police Station. In a Facebook post Sunday, the Archdiocese of Lusaka stated that Bishop Banda was in the company of Vicar General Rev Fr Andrew Simpasa on his visit. “His Grace Most Rev.
