COMMERCE, Trade and Industry Minister Chipoka Mulenga says Zambia’s borders with the Democratic Republic of Congo will be reopened today after their closure over the weekend. The announcement was made after a communique was issued at the close of the talks between officials from DRC and Zambia in Lubumbashi yesterday. On Saturday, government disclosed that it had temporarily closed down all three access borders with Congo DR on the Copperbelt, owing to the protests taking place in that country.
