THE Office of the Auditor General, Transparency International Zambia and Intosai Development Initiative have launched the Collaboration, Action and Dialogue project in a bid to improve public finance management. The project, which would be financed by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aims to foster collaboration between Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) and Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) to improve public finance management.
