CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says the dissolution of the ACC board and resignation of the Director General presented an opportunity to address any concerns at the institution. In response to John Sangwa’s concerns about the law’s silence on whom the ACC Director General reports to and the need to address this issue, Mweetwa emphasised the importance of ensuring that the DG has protected tenure of office even when looking at the law’s structure.
