PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says the University of Zambia has produced five Presidents, among them Edgar Lungu, his Zimbabwean counterpart Emmerson Mnangagwa and himself. And President Hichilema has challenged his cabinet ministers who went through UNZA to emulate him by rehabilitating their blocks.
