SOCIALIST Party Livingstone constituency chairlady Vanessa Shamilimo has resigned from the party, citing unfairness to old members. National Management Committee Chrispin Chiinda has also resigned, saying there’s intolerance for divergent views. This comes after the party terminated the membership of Brill Aggrephrey. In a circulated audio, Shamilimo said the party had problems but their leader, Dr Fred M’membe, was choosing to act on hearsay. “We’ve all noticed what’s happening in the Socialist Party, I feel the senior comrades are not being fair, especially to the old members.
