COUNCIL of Churches in Zambia General Secretary Fr Emmanuel Chikoya says both government and the opposition need counselling. On Wednesday, Information and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana asked the church to counsel former president Edgar Lungu, arguing that his language whenever he touched a microphone was not inspiring.
