HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu says government has no intention of grabbing anyone’s property but it is recovering assets which were stolen from Zambians. And Mwiimbu says it is encouraging that out of 1,528 police constables who graduated yesterday, 1,030 are female and 498 are male.
