STATE House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that President Hakainde Hichilema was shocked to hear that he had received US$20 million from his Congolese counterpart, Felix Tshisekedi. Hamasaka also told the court that he was prompted to report Dr Fred M’membe to the police because of the falsehoods that characterised a statement he made. Meanwhile, Hamasaka has told the court that he neither knows nor runs the social media platform known as ‘Koswe’.
