ELECTORAL Commission of Zambia (ECZ) Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro says the institution is scheduled to conduct a mass registration of voters in the second quarter of 2025 in readiness for the 2026 general election. Kasaro has however ruled out the use of electronic voting in 2026.
