SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti yesterday chased Sinda PF MP Masausto Tembo and his Kalulushi counterpart Kampamba Mulenga from the House for disorderly conduct. The two MPs were chased at different times during the Vice President’s question time for debating while seated and making noise in the House. Speaker Mutti had earlier warned Mulenga after she was heard shouting that a minister was provoking her. The Speaker then advised her to go outside and cool down to restore peace in the House, but the lawmaker did not leave. “Order honourable members, can we listen!
