PF faction Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda says the UPND government is scared and unsettled by former president Edgar Lungu’s Plan B announcement. On Sunday, Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu argued that the Constitution could not allow Lungu to stand as Vice-President, adding that what he heard was that this was his Plan B.
