GOVERNMENT says Zesco’s $80 million payment was made in full conformity of the agreement guiding the firm’s loan from Exim Bank of China for the construction of the Kafue Gorge Lower Power Station. Finance Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane says no creditor or any international financing institution has raised concern over Zesco’s payment to Exim Bank of China. Meanwhile, Dr Musokotwane has boasted that the new dawn government has supported the biggest number of households since independence.
