NKANA Independent MP Binwell Mpundu has warned that the country is headed for more disaster and people must brace themselves for more trouble due to the fuel and energy crises. Recently, the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) said that it was difficult to make predictions on when stability in the fuel supply chain would be attained as some of the parameters which had led to the current situation were outside the board’s control.
