A WITNESS has told the Lusaka’s Magistrates’ Court that he was happy to hear that President Hakainde Hichilema would dissolve parliament. Jason Mwanza, a 28-year-old businessman, has testified in a case where Lumezi Independent member of parliament, Munir Zulu, is facing one count of seditious practices contrary to Section 57 (1) (e) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
