LUSAKA High Court Judge Ireen Mbewe has set May 2, 2025, as date for judgement in the matter where Ministry of Finance and National Planning Assistant Director Mildred Kasase and her son, Madiba Zulu, are charged with murder. Meanwhile, in his defence, Madiba said he did not murder his father as he loved him. In August last year, police arrested Kasase for allegedly killing her husband, Alex Zulu, with the help of her sons. Kasase and her son Madiba, are charged with murder, Contrary to Section 200 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
