IT will be premature for any member of the public to demonstrate against an intended constitutional amendment whose content they have not seen, says Home Affairs Minister Jack Mwiimbu. The TONSE Alliance has written to the Zambia Police, notifying them of its intended countrywide protests against the proposed constitutional amendments by President Hakainde Hichilema.
