VETERAN politician Vernon Mwaanga has predicted that President Hakainde Hichilema will win the August polls based on information he has collected from districts across the country. Mwaanga, who claims he’s predicted correctly all the general elections since 1991 says nothing will change that prediction in the remaining days to the polls.
