CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa has dismissed reports that the UPND seeks to create 90 more parliamentary seats, stating that the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) will determine the required number of MPs. On Wednesday, Justice Minister Princess Kasune announced that other than constituency delimitation, government is proposing that Article 68(2)(b) be amended to increase the number of nominated members of parliament to a number that would be provided for in an Act of Parliament, among other proposed amendments.
