Historian Dr Sishuwa Sishuwa says former president Edgar Lungu’s burial in exile will be a dent on President Hakainde Hichilema’s legacy. Speaking on Hot FM’s Breakfast Show, Tuesday, Dr Sishuwa said Lungu was not a liar. “The final thing I would say about the legacy is that you know Lungu was not a liar.
