CENTRAL Province PS Dr Milner Mwanakampwe says President Hakainde Hichilema does not need to campaign for the 2026 elections, as he has already delivered on the expectations of the people through employment creation, free education and CDF. In an interview, Wednesday, Dr Mwanakampwe said real Zambians who mean well were not seeing any competitor for President Hichilema or any alternative solutions. “In 2026, it is an issue of the removal of bursaries from university students who were learning whilst eating nsima with water and salt because bursaries had been removed. 2026 is about free education.
