GOVERNMENT has reaffirmed its commitment to honour outstanding obligations owed to Chipolopolo Head Coach Avram Grant after disbursing a partial payment of $50,000 from what is owed to the Israeli gaffer. Youth, Sport and Arts Minister Elvis Nkandu said in an interview that the payment of the $50,000 is a strong signal of the government’s seriousness in addressing the financial needs of national team coaches and athletes.
