HEALTH Minister Dr Elijah Muchima says the National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) is incapable of settling arrears owed to private health facilities at the moment. Muchima adds that government is paying its arrears in bits as it is not possible to clear the private health sector at a go.
