UPND member Charles Kakoma says there is no opposition leader who can go neck to neck with President Hakainde Hichilema in the forthcoming general elections. In an interview, Wednesday, Kakoma, a former PF member of the central committee, said a candidate needed a track record that demonstrated that they were a serious contender.
