POLICE have warned hit and run drivers that they will be dealt with firmly. In a statement, Sunday, Zambia Police Service Public Relations Officer Godfrey Chilabi said the service had noted a rise in hit-and-run road traffic accidents, many of which had resulted in loss of life. “The Zambia Police Service has observed with concern the rising number of hit-and-run road traffic accidents.
