ROSE Chisumpa, a pupil at Macha Girls Secondary School, is a beneficiary of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) under Choma Central Constituency, and her story is one of resilience, determination and the power of opportunity. According to a statement issued by Choma Town Council, Rose previously struggled to attend school consistently due to financial challenges. However, since being sponsored under the CDF Secondary School Bursary Scheme in 2024, she has been able to concentrate fully on her studies without the burden of paying school fees.
