ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha has told prosecutors to expeditiously deal with criminal matters involving electoral incidences so that candidates can contest if they are acquitted. Kabesha has noted that candidates tend to be disadvantaged during campaigns due to delayed court matters.
