MINISTER of Youth, Sport and Arts Elvis Nkandu has disclosed that the reported incident of army worm infestation at the National Heroes Stadium is under control, following a consultation intervention by South African experts. The playing surface, that underwent a $1.4 million rehabilitation was yesterday reported to have been infested by army worms, and will consequently slow down the pace of the completion of the said rehabilitation.
